Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and undamaged condition. Products used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.


 

Return notification:

Please send your return request by email to info@zawadzkimoda.pl , stating the reason for the return and clear photos/videos of the product. Once accepted, you will receive a return address (our European distribution point) to which you can return the parcel. 

Attention:

Our European return address only serves as a forwarding point to our main warehouse outside the EU.

To process your return correctly and efficiently, you have two options:

  1. Direct return to our main distribution center in Asia
    Returns can be sent directly to our warehouse in Asia. This speeds up processing and reduces additional costs. Shipping costs to this address are the responsibility of the customer.

  2. Return via our European return address
    If you choose to return the product to our European return address, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to this address. Once we receive the package, we will forward it to our distribution center in Asia. The costs for this further shipping are also the responsibility of the customer, as they only apply to your return.

PLN : we charge a flat fee of 39.95PLN for return to our main distribution center.

For orders above214.95 PLN : the refund fee is39.95 PLN for each article, maximum 214.95PLN one shipment, regardless of the number of items.

Why this system?
Our logistics chain is optimized for fast delivery from warehouses in Asia. Each item is packed and shipped separately, which means that returns also need to be processed and shipped individually to our main warehouse outside the EU. By offering a choice between direct returns and a European transfer point, we keep costs transparent and reasonable and comply with European law.

No free return labels:
We do not offer free return labels. Return shipping costs to European addresses and additional shipping charges to Asia are the responsibility of the customer.

Return Processing:
Once your return is received at our European address, the product will be inspected. Once approved, it will be shipped to our main distribution center. Once your return has been processed at this warehouse, you will receive a refund to your original payment method, minus the shipping and handling costs described above. The entire process may take up to 30 business days.

The returns policy applies to manufacturing defects only and does not cover:

  • Accidental damage, improper care, normal wear and tear.

  • Discoloration or wear caused by sunlight or contact with water.

  • Hygiene products (such as bodies, creams, shampoos, plasters, etc.) that cannot be returned.

Statutory delivery period:
We undertake to deliver the order within 30 calendar days of its placement, unless a different delivery period has been agreed. If we do not deliver within this time, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and recover the full amount paid.

Statutory Rights:
Our returns policy complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and applicable Polish law. You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. The customer bears the costs of the return, in accordance with European regulations.

Due to our international logistics structure and processing of returns outside the EU (in our main warehouse in Asia), the return costs are transparent and correspond to the actual shipping and handling costs. These costs have been set to be reasonable and proportionate to the order.

Haven't received your refund?
Please check your bank account balance and contact your bank or credit card company. Refunds may take up to 30 days from receipt of the return at our warehouse in Asia. If after this time the refund has not been processed, please contact us.
